imagina 2010 has established itself as a key event. Jean Nouvel’s appearance at this year’s conference is a mark of the recognition that imagina has received from the architecture industry.

With the signing of the 3D Ethics Charter, the Digital City and Territory Village, two days of conferences exploring digital 3D mock-ups and the presence of a number of experts involved in digitisation, digital scanning, design and modelling, the event’s direction has been made clear.

The virtual immersive worlds that la Fabrique du Futur represented this year will be given a special place in imagina 2011.

imagina 2010 featured three exclusive international firsts – a Skype conference and PowerPoint and YouTube stereoscopic projections in 3D – alongside our continued commitment to honouring cinema and video games.

The imagina awards evening came to a successful close with the announcement of a special prize given to AVATAR.

Despite the current economic climat, imagina has maintained  its position as the leading European 3D simulation and visiualisation event.
